Welcome to our chair!

The chair for qualitative methods in social research combines empirical research with theoretical reflection, participatory collaboration, and critical examination of social developments.

We are multi-faceted

We deal with both methodological developments and socially relevant topics. Our focus is on participation, work, migration, health, diversity, digitality, and research ethics.

A lecture in the main auditorium of the LMU main building filled with many students.
