We are committed to ensuring good employment conditions for mid-level academic staff and other employee groups, including students.

For us, this also means clearly criticizing the practice of fixed-term contracts, "invisible work", and relationships of dependency in the context of academic chairs. In doing so, we not only focus on working conditions at our own department, but also seek out dialogue with employees of other departments at the LMU as well as other universities and research institutions in Munich.
We are also part of the nationwide Network for Decent Labour in Academia and support its demands.
